Medline Industries is currently the United States’ largest privately-owned manufacturer and distributor of medical supplies and services. A key age group that benefits from these supplies and services is the 65 and up category of our population.
It’s no secret that age can bring on a variety of health issues. In fact, at the age of 65, one should be receiving regular blood pressure tests. High blood pressure, or hypertension, can be caused by certain diseases, such as kidney disease. Hypertension is a risk factor for stroke, heart failure, and other medical conditions.
